HARD TO LOOK AT

Both images from WWT #5…but originally from somewhere else all together. Jim Barker identified the artist as Pete Tumlinson.

Pete does some wild drawings.  Here he is on Wikipedia, if you wanna see that.

The general consensus is that Kirby did the jailer/warden and the rest of the cover was hodgepodged together by other artists.  EDIT:  ALBABE doubts Kirby touched the drawing at all!  The Grand Comics Database supports this.

 Weird Wonder Tales was a title designed as a reprint gallery,a comic featuring old comics, often truncated or edited.
